What is Ultimate?
- Ultimate is a team sport played on a field with a flying disc
(Frisbee®).
- Goals are scored by passing the disc into the endzone.
- There is no running with the disc.
- Ultimate is a non-contact sport.
- There are no referees in Ultimate.
- Players are bound by the Spirit of the Game which
requires that they respect one another and the rules.
- Ultimate combines the continuous open-field play of soccer,
the athleticism of basketball, and the play-making of football
in one awesome sport.
